Cancellation & Refund Policy

01Cancellation

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by writing to care@ubalancenaturals.com or calling +91 70711 71711 with your order number. For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled - please use the returns process below instead.

02Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 15 days of delivery - including where the product reached you damaged, did not give you the benefit you hoped for, or your medical practitioner advised you against continued use.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at care@ubalancenaturals.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you to discuss the options. Returns are shipped to:

We process the refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards
• Certain health and personal care items that cannot be restocked once opened, for hygiene reasons

03Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is processed to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving the goods.

For Cash on Delivery orders there is no original payment method to reverse, so approved refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to the account details you share with our care team.

04Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer - it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time at the bank before a refund appears. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, write to us at care@ubalancenaturals.com.

05Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

06Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at care@ubalancenaturals.com and ship the item to:

07Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return; a gift certificate is sent to you once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund goes to the gift giver.

08Return shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from it.

For higher-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance - we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
